Renovations

Need a unit renovated between tenants, no problem, we do that too. We’re not a construction company but with a construction background, we’re happy to give our owners a quote on a unit turnover. With multifamily units, we have a formula for paint, cabinets, floors, trim and electrical that will improve your investment. When we know we have a tenant leaving and a unit needing an overall, it is not uncommon for us to complete a full gut and have the unit newly rented within two weeks.
