Prime Property Management offers property management services for HOAs and managed communities throughout Northern Minnesota. We provide property maintenance, declaration enforcement, community communications, board meeting assistance, due collection and accounting. Our goal is to improve the community experience while enhancing property values.

• Board Meeting Coordination
  We offer assistance in managing your reoccurring board meetings, minute taking, and communications.
• Declaration Enforcement
  We’ll work with your community members to make sure property customizations are within the entire community’s best interest.
• Maintenance
  We’ll provide or coordinate routine lawn and snow care, building inspections, usable life assessments for infrastructure, budgeting, general repairs and maintenance.
• Accounting
  Utilizing our robust property management software, we can collect dues online and offer general accounting services.
