As a real estate agent and handyman, Jordan is a purebred for property management. He specializes in working with prospective tenants, leasing, managing tenant relationships, managing unit turnovers, buildouts, and property maintenance. He keeps a close eye on local property values and rental market rates as well as marketing residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.

He has developed a passion for getting his hands dirty and has experience with many maintenance and renovation projects. From cleaning, painting, landscaping, general carpentry, plumbing, etc. His vast experience with residential and commercial properties has developed an eye for potential issues, a vision to fix it and the skills to get it done.

Growing up in Grand Rapids, Jordan has an appreciation for the area and the lifestyle that it provides. After graduating from Grand Rapids in 2012, he spent 2 years playing junior hockey in the North American Hockey League. Following that, he had the opportunity to continue his hockey career at the University of Wisconsin-Stout while getting his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys summers on the lake, hunting, watching football in the fall, curling, skating, and ice fishing in the winter.
